Effective Date: August 2026. Dypilon is committed to safeguarding your personal and biometric data. In compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we enforce 'Privacy by Design and by Default'.

1. Data Collection & Processing

When you initiate a free or premium scan, our frontend captures the input (email, domain, phone, or biometric image) strictly to query open-source intelligence and public data breaches. This data is transiently processed via secured 256-bit encryption and is immediately flushed from active session states unless continuous monitoring is explicitly authorized.

2. Biometric Data Restrictions

Facial signatures generated during biometric checks are processed solely to cross-reference public internet indexes. Dypilon does not store, share, or sell your biometric markers to third parties.

3. Your Rights Under GDPR

You retain the absolute right to access, rectify, or request immediate erasure (Right to be Forgotten) of any digital footprint aggregated within our systems by contacting support@dypilon.com.
