You explicitly declare and warrant that you are performing scans strictly on your own personal data, assets, domains, or individuals for whom you have legally documented guardianship or explicit permission to protect.

2. Legal Takedown Mandate

By activating the Premium Legal Takedown Manager, you grant Dypilon and its operational agents the limited mandate to generate, sign, and dispatch automated GDPR Article 17 (Erasure) and DMCA takedown requests on your behalf to third-party data brokers and platform hosts.

3. Limitation of Liability

Dypilon operates as an automated public exposure scanner and legal advisory bridge. While our success rates are industry-leading, we do not guarantee that third-party platforms will comply instantly with removal mandates.
