What is the free scan?
A privacy-first protection check. You enter an email (and optionally a phone number). Dypilon reviews publicly available information and turns findings into a clear report — score, priority issues, and next steps.
Do I need a credit card for the free scan?
No. The free check does not require payment. You only pay if you choose to unlock Premium or start monitoring with a plan.
Is this legal? Do you need my passwords?
Dypilon looks at publicly available information. We do not ask for private account passwords or access to your inbox. Face & Identity checks need your explicit consent when you upload a photo.
How long does a free scan take?
Usually a few minutes. You’ll see a calm progress screen while the check runs, then your results page with a protection score and findings.
What happens after I see my results?
You can review free priority findings, run Face & Identity if you want, or upgrade for the full report and continuous monitoring when it is confirmed for your account. Monitoring is never marked Active by Premium alone.
What do I pay for?
Premium unlocks the complete protection report and deeper guidance (including removal options where available). Checkout runs securely through Stripe. Pricing details are shown on the plans page when you are ready.
Is my data sold?
No. Your details are used to prepare your protection check and guidance. They are not sold.
Can I protect my child or a senior?
Yes. Choose Kids, Teenagers, or Seniors on the homepage, then start a free check from that product page. Parents or guardians start checks for children.
Who is the Personal Protection Advisor for?
Advisor chat and guided expert help are part of paid / premium protection — not the free browse experience. Free users get clear on-page answers here and a free scan path without advisor upsell pressure.
